Your vacation is valuable, which is why you should take care of your health before and after your destination. Learning how to truly unwind during a vacation is crucial in order to recharge your energy, rekindle your motivation, and come back to work or studies feeling completely revitalized.
Here are some ideas to help you prepare before your trip:
Prepare your staff and coworkers for your absence by ensuring they are ready to manage your usual responsibilities. This involves being organized and systematic before going on vacation, to guarantee that necessary tasks will be completed in your absence.
Pack comfortable clothes for the vacation! Bring fun things to do (e.g. puzzles, books to read, craft items, etc.).
